Since the beginning of the year we have experienced an amazing and sometimes overwhelming increase in the volume of incoming calls. Sheila and I have at times been unable to return non-emergency calls as quickly as we would like. For your convenience we suggest that if you have concerns that are non-emergency in nature, such as information questions, scheduling routine appointments, or prescription refills that you take advantage of our e-mail address:

E-mails will be checked once daily at a minimum and your questions will be answered within 24 hours. If you e-mail us to schedule a routine appointment, please include appropriate telephone numbers so that Sheila can contact you with scheduling choices. For prescription refills please include the telephone number of the pharmacy and the prescription number if appropriate.
